All courses are non-refundable unless canceled by Brampton First Aid and CPR

However, if you wish to reschedule your booking this can be done with 48 hours’ notice for in-person First Aid and CPR courses. If notice is not given within the time period outlined above the course is non-transferable.

RESCHEDULE FEE AFTER THE GRACE PERIOD:

Standard First Aid and CPR & EMERGENCY FIRST AID AND CPR: $50

BLS/CPR AED COURSES: $25

NO SHOW – No refund will be applied to participants who fail to attend the scheduled training date.

If you register for a Blended Learning or Re-certification you must ensure you meet all of the requirements of the course booked. If you are refused entry to a course due to not meeting the requirements of the course you will forfeit your payment for that course.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled training due to a medical reason, you must notify our team and provide a valid medical note within 24–48 hours of the scheduled training date. The medical note will be reviewed and verified and may be accepted as a one-time exception. Failure to provide the required medical documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the individual being responsible for any applicable fees.

The terms outlined are mentioned on our registration system and all participants are required to accept the terms prior to registration.
